Learning about the immense amount of expertise that goes into every single aspect and detail of producing it. Immersing myself in the rich colours of its world: vibrant greens, earthy browns and liquid gold. But what stuck with me most was the exquisite perfume of what they call the Angels’ Share that rolled over me like a wave on entering the chaise.
Having had this experience of Cognac, I will never look at a bottle the same way again.
